Chris Bright

Founder & CEO

Chris founded AMFAC in 2018. A former U.S. Army Engineer Officer, Chris is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, holds an MBA from MIT and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Missouri. Prior to starting AMFAC, Chris built decades of experience in consulting, facilities management, real estate, defense, and healthcare. Chris was the CEO of Seabreeze Property Services, Owl Inc., and a Sr. Director within Philips HealthCare. Chris was Finance Monthly’s CEO of the Year in 2017, and Snow and Ice Management Association CEO of the Year in 2018.

Jameka Spencer

President

Jameka Spencer is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience across various industries. Leveraging her extensive background in leadership and P&L management, Jameka is recognized for her ability to drive growth and foster inclusive environments within organizations. With a keen focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Jameka ensures that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. With a proven track record of over 20 years, Jameka excels as a change agent expert, bringing innovative solutions and empowered teams to every organization she has served. Nelson Walker

Director, Facility Operations

Nelson manages AMFAC’s national portfolio of facility services, including electric vehicle charger installation projects, showcasing his commitment to sustainability and innovation. He is a distinguished U.S. Army Veteran with extensive experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, acquisitions & vendor management, human capital development, and large scale project management in extreme environments. Throughout his military career, Nelson demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic prowess, rising to the rank of First Sergeant. His experience interacting with diverse populations globally refined his skills in meeting customer requirements and project delivery.. With a proven track record of excellence and dedication, Nelson is poised to lead your facility operations to new heights.

Ashley Williamson

Business Development & Operations Manager

Ashley leads the development of solutions for AMFAC’s facilities management and EV infrastructure clients. A veteran of the U.S Air Force, Ashley is an expert in developing tailored service delivery solutions for clients across portfolios from facilities services to emergency management. With extensive experience in synchronizing cross-functional teams in the commercial, military, and government sectors, Ashley is passionate about helping out clients achieve the best possible results and value.
