2. What inspired you to join AMFAC?
For Jameka, the decision to join AMFAC was driven by the leadership of Chris Bright, the company’s founder. She was drawn to his drive, determination, and distinctive leadership style, which she saw as a perfect fit for her own values. What also attracted her to AMFAC was its strong company culture and its ability to serve diverse industries, making it a leader in both the facility management (FM) and EV solutions sectors. After seeing the company’s potential, Jameka knew she wanted to be a part of it—and now, as President, she’s excited to elevate AMFAC to new heights.
3. What excites you most about the future of AMFAC?
Looking ahead, Jameka is particularly excited about AMFAC’s growth potential, especially in the government contracts space. As the company expands its presence in this sector, she sees huge opportunities to secure fully integrated facilities services contracts that meet the evolving needs of government agencies.

4. What has been your favorite project at AMFAC so far?
When asked about her favorite project at AMFAC, Jameka highlights the full turn-key Level 3 EV Charger site in Council Bluffs, IA. The project presented several challenges, particularly the winter conditions that made commissioning the site difficult. However, Jameka reflects on how the team came together to overcome the obstacles and deliver outstanding results. “The owners of that site were phenomenal to work with, and their collaboration made the project even more rewarding,” she says. The Council Bluffs EV charger site stands as a testament to AMFAC’s ability to deliver quality work, no matter the conditions.
5. What’s one thing you’d like AMFAC clients to know about you?
